Crocs came to us to help them identify and validate potential collaborations for their shoes and stay ahead of culture.

approach:

We designed a year-long partnership with Crocs that would allow them at moments notice to explore, inform, test and validate potential brand and influencer partnerships across categories.

From kickoff to monthly strategy and planning meetings, we review Crocs' goals and objectives and plan our Gen Z category snapshot reports, taking quick deep-dives into category trends and rising brands.

Our work with Crocs has helped to identify, refine and validate Crocs partnerships for 2025 and beyond, as we continue to inform their brand and influencer partnership strategy, ensuring they stay ahead of culture and stay relevant with Gen Z, predicting which brands and trends may die out, and which ones will remain relevant over time (Magnetic).
